Ok, so what we have here are more really old designs for characters for a comic idea I had.
The reason all my recent posts have all been old images is because fucking dell ( that's their new name by the way, "Fucking Dell")sold me a machine that doesn't work
so i've had to use my lap top to post old images i happen to have on my hard drive.

Hi John, thankyou for wanting to solve this issue. I'm currently speaking to my second technical advisor, who after a month or two of parts being replaced (in my brand new xps) and engineers looking at and failing to repair my machine tells me I can't send the xps back and get a refund! my only option is to have it swapped for a new system and hope that the same problems don't occur! I have to say that the customer service has been really good. They are quick to try and solve the problem but after a very long time of trying they failed and when I said I had loss faith in the brand and didn't want a system swap, I just wanted my money back I was quite simply told NO!
I'm not being unreasonable am I?
If you bought a car and it didn't work and the manufactor replaced everything under the hood and it still didn't work you wouldn't want them to give you another car would you? you'd just want your money back, right?
any way if the replaced system works perfectly then great I'll change your name back.
Sure thing! Let me know how it turns out. As far as the return policy is concerned, the terms and conditions of sale give you a 21-day window after invoice date to return the system. If something goes wrong, and you request to return a system after this time period, Dell is no longer under obligation to accept the return, but is under obligation to honor the warranty. If you were told you couldn't return and were still within this 21-day period, I would be happy to do an investigation. Feel free to send your order number to the email address I have already provided. This return policy is not abnormal in the industry. Feel free to compare our posted terms and conditions (http://www.dell.com/content/topics/global.aspx/policy/en/policy?c=us&l=en&s=gen&~section=012 ) with those of our competitors. As always, if you need any help, feel free to ask! John Dell Customer Advocate
